How much is membership?

Basic Gym membership starts at £30 monthly direct debit. We have different bolt on options, please see the pricing page for all the membership options.

Is there parking?

We have free parking, it is limited but please speak to us as we have located plenty of additional free parking for you nearby. **All we ask is to respect our neighbours and NOT to park outside the other units at anytime, thankyou.

What Kids classes do you do?

We have Jiu-Jitsu classes for ages 5-9 years and ages 10-14 years. Please see the timetable for more information on times. More classes will be added soon.
