    Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes involve practitioners wearing a traditional, heavy-cotton uniform (a gi) that provides grips for controlling an opponent, leading to a more technical, methodical, and slower-paced style of grappling, led by Coach Vince D’Amico (Brown Belt)
